BANANA COCONUT OVERNIGHT OATS
Make ahead and stress-free, this is a great dish for those days you want to keep it healthy and delicious. This layered breakfast dish can easily be modified to fit your tastes + amount you need. The original recipe can be found here, but we’ve reposted here for you.
- ⅓ Cup Oats
- ⅓ Cup Greek Yogurt
- ⅓ Cup Almond Milk
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Flakes
- ½ Banana, aprox. 50 gr
- optional, maple syrup or honey
- almonds, grated chocolate and fresh coconut, for decoration
- Add all the ingredients in a jar, or layer in a tray
- Stir until combined.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, add the desired topping, in this case almonds, fresh coconut and grated chocolate.
