Make ahead and stress-free, this is a great dish for those days you want to keep it healthy and delicious. This layered breakfast dish can easily be modified to fit your tastes + amount you need. The original recipe can be found here, but we’ve reposted here for you.

Refrigerate overnight
This recipe serves 1
Ingredients
  • ⅓ Cup Oats
  • ⅓ Cup Greek Yogurt
  • ⅓ Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Flakes
  • ½ Banana, aprox. 50 gr
  • optional, maple syrup or honey
  • almonds, grated chocolate and fresh coconut, for decoration
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients in a jar, or layer in a tray
  2. Stir until combined.
  3. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, add the desired topping, in this case almonds, fresh coconut and grated chocolate.
